A Little About the Author Linda Forman wrote the book Dreaming in Real Time, The Shanti Shanti Story, to share the story of her family's saga as they come to grips with their spiritual and personal journies and the challenges they faced to present their gifts to the public. She is also an Ayurvedic Specialist and has practiced alternative health management for over 10 years. She has combined her knowledge of healthy living, Ayurveda and family management for the benefit of her own family and also for her clients. Linda has three children and has been married to Robert for 35 years.
