My sister and I filmed a video on how to do an Ayurvedic treatment called Abhiyanga; self-

massage. We talk about the health benefits and then teach you how to do the massage on yourself and on your children.

*Oils to use: raw sesame, coconut, almond and olive oil

*Essential oils: sandalwood, lavender, frankincense, myrrh, rose
